In order to refer to our employees and their life situations (“work life balance”), we prepared a large survey in which the employees had the opportunity to report on their time working from home. Everybody was encouraged to express wishes or suggestions for improvement for the future. We regard this step as very important in order to reach another milestone within the scope of “New Work” and to be able to deal with digitalisation and the structural changes in tomorrow’s reality of work.
